He is Graduate of Social Science and Retired Joint Director of Town Panchayat with Thirty five years of Experience in the respective. He is expert in Administrative rules and law and their implementation. He is extremely well informed on the Solid Waste Management and India Environmental Legislation. He is actively involved in many projects. He prepared important reports, namely, Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan for Gandhi Nagar Vellore, Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan for Palacode town Panchayar Dharmapuri District. This environmentalist is experienced in Environmental impact Assessment, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Auditing, Training and Presentations.
S. MULLAIVENTHAN - Civil Designs
He is a graduate of civil engineering with ten years experience in Design and Detailed engineering of civil structures. He has got an experience in preparation of Techno Commercial bids against various tenders for Effluent Treatment Plant projects. He has executed several common effluent plants, TWAD water treatment plants under his supervision.

He is a Post Graduate of Civil Engineering with ten years experience in Scientific and Technical Consultancy Services He is expert in preparing Onsite Emergency Plan, Risk Analysis Report, Safety Audits, and Terms of References (TOR) for new projects. He is associated with EPI Consultants Chennai for preparation of EIA Report.

He is a Graduate of Civil Engineering with twenty two years experience in Planning, signing and Detailed Engineering of civil structures. He has executed several projects.
